This means you can start your claims process immediately and at any time of the day or night. While you can certainly call our agency for help with a claim, working directly with your insurance company may have quicker results.

If you need to file a claim:

1. Have your policy information in front of you. This includes the name of the company through which coverage is provided and the policy number. This information can be found on your ID card as well as the declaration (front) page of your insurance policy.

2. Be prepared to supply the date of the loss and, possibly, a brief explanation of what happened.

3. Understand that you may receive a call back from the insurance company's claim department in order to answer further questions.
